A question nobody was answering.
Karnataka has incredible food — Puliyogare, Bisi Bele Bath, Mysore Pak, Ragi mudde — yet no brand was presenting it with genuine quality and pride. We missed our aji's kai ruchi: temple prasada's flavour, pure masala blends, and healthy bites.
